Step 1
Complete the online Application form, Homestay form and download and sign the Participation Agreement. To apply for Summer or other Short-term Programs, go to the Summer Programs page of this website.

Step 2
Submit completed forms together with a recent photo, two years transcripts of your most recent grades, letter of recommendation from current teacher or principal, and a copy of your passport. Enclose the Application Processing Fee of $150 (Cdn) as a micro-encoded International Money Order. Please note that the application will not be processed without this non-refundable fee.

Step 3
Upon receipt of your COMPLETE application package, we will forward an official Letter of Acceptance and Letter of Guardianship if necessary. A letter will also be sent to you, advising you of the total amount of tuition and homestay fees payable as well as payment method and deadline.
