The Qualicum International Student Program welcomes students from Grade 6 (10 years of age) and older, to study in any one of our Secondary, Middle and Elementary schools. Whether you choose to study here in Canada for a few months, a full year or several years leading to high school graduation and university studies, our comprehensive and flexible program has been developed to meet your interests and needs.

You will have access to a full complement of academic and elective courses, English language training, post-secondary preparation, counseling and individual tutoring as necessary, to help you successfully complete your studies and graduate from high school in Canada. After high school graduation you may apply to post-secondary schooling in Canada, the USA or in your home country, if you so wish.

English proficiency
Acceptance into the Qualicum International Student Program is not dependent upon the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Languages) score. Students will be placed in an appropriate level of ESL training enabling students to develop and experience English with confidence.

Transfer Standing Credit
Transfer Standing Credit and Equivalency Credit for courses completed at other schools will be given to students who provide the necessary supporting documents and demonstrate competence.

Refund Policy
Withdrawal by November 1
Refund of 60% of tuition fee and remaining homestay fees

Withdrawal by February 1
Refund of 30% of tuition fee and remaining homestay fees
